General Information
TERMATEX expansion joints are made from single or multilayer textile fibres such as fibreglass, ceramic fibre and silicone fabric , Teflon® coated fibreglass, , etc. They are manufactured for the purposes of overcoming problems of expansion due to temperature, vibration and noise, and to misalignments in the assembly of vibration channels, ventilators, chimneys, steam boilers, gas extraction ducts, etc. Fabric expansion joints are recommended for use in high temperature and low pressure environments.
