General Information

This thermoplastic belongs to the category of acrylics. It has excellent optical qualities, it is more transparent than glass, and is highly resistant to outdoor conditions and impacts. It is easy to handle, can be processed in many ways and is fully recyclable.

Applications

It is used for the manufacture of architectural features, such a balconies, roofing, skylights, glazing, cladding, noise barriers, display stands, furniture, shop windows and light fixtures. It is also used for the manufacture of visual communication aids such as display panels and signs. In industry, it is used for manufacturing machine guards, sanitary fittings, windscreens, etc.
