General Information

Viton® , known either as fluorelastomer or FKM, excellent quality rubber that has outstanding resistance to chemical attack, ozone, oils, petroleum, hydraulic fluids, hydrocarbon solvents and fuels. It has good thermal stability at high temperatures and excellent anti-ageing properties. It also has excellent mechanical properties.

Applications

It is used for the manufacture of gaskets, washers, components exposed to high temperatures and in contact with chemical agents, oils, solvents, etc. Widely used in the chemical industry.
